The Fan Club Affiliated to STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc.<\/h4>\r\n

At the centre of the road and rail networks of England, and the wider United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, is the City Of Birmingham<\/a>. For over 40 years Birmingham has served as the beating heart of Star Trek fandom in Great Britain. Therefore it is only logical that Spacedock Birmingham, is. This club, which grew out of Geekology (see www.geekology.org.uk<\/a>), was set up to enrich it\\\u2019s members enjoyment of the fandom whilst also raising money for charities \u2013 currently Dazzling Dreams GB<\/a> and Age UK Birmingham (including Age UK Sandwell)<\/a><\/p>\r\n

Our aim is to always move forward, just like our city. We support our fellow Trek fans whenever and wherever we can and make the world that little bit better for all.<\/p>\r\n

Spacedock Birmingham is an autonomous aligned chapter of STARFLEET: The International Association of Star Trek Fan Clubs (aka SFI) <\/a> and part of the 20th Fleet, or Region 20, of SFI<\/a>, representing the Chapters in the countries of England, including Kernow (the Duchy of Cornwall), Alba (Scotland), Cymru (Wales), Tuaisceart \u00c9ireann (Northern Ireland), \u00c9ire (the Republic of Ireland), and the surrounding islands.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
